The Old Rectory Coach House is set within 2 acres of grounds. There is a small lawn adjacent to the entrance to Farm View and The Elms with table and chairs, a picnic bench and a barbecue.

In front of the Old Rectory there is a large level lawn that that is a good area for badminton and ball games.

Behind the Old Rectory there are are further lawns with fruit trees, flower beds and a swimming pool. There is also a steep, rough field/woodland for the more adventurous.
